L&M Builders is a custom home builder located in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It's owner LeRoy Manspile is a life-long resident of the area. During the past 20 years L&M Builders has constructed homes across Berkeley County, West Virginia and Washington County, Maryland.
